UX Research
We conduct both exploratory research (helping to verify the idea for a product or service by understanding the needs and problems of the target audience) and usability research (verifying whether the product allows users to achieve their goals under specific conditions). Our range of research methods includes in-depth interviews (IDI), contextual inquiry, focus groups, surveys, participant observation, task-based usability testing, usability audits, rapid iterative testing and evaluation (RITE), service safari, experience sampling, and more.
We use our research experience and training in psychology and sociology to conduct methodologically sound research. We deliver reliable conclusions and recommendations that list identified problems and areas for improvement (with further directions).
