Participatory design

We lead participatory design processes to bring together the needs and visions of diverse stakeholders and to develop inclusive and qualitative responses to complex problems. This approach relies on the decision-making power of co-designers (process participants) and the inclusion of their value in the design process and its outcome. The result is often a prototype of a product or service, or an ingredient for implementing a change in the way an organization works.
